Having been made redundant in 2012 I set about setting up Strand Fitness. Initially getting qualifications in fitness instruction and starting with Boot camp and Boxercise style classes I have gone on to secure qualifications In Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a children's fitness qualification, Hatha Yoga 200 Hour Certification, and I am currently on the undergraduate pathway for a Bsc in strength and conditioning with Setanta College.
Over the course of the last 10 years, I have completed 7 Ironmans, countless marathons, and Ultramarathons from 64km to 100km and i hope to complete Marathon Des Sables in 2023.
I work with people from all walks of life, providing a range of services within my own facility from Hypertrophy, Fat loss, conditioning, and all types of fitness. Through HIIT classes, semi-private classes, 1:1 Personal training, and Online Personal training Via the use of an app called Trainerize.
